🔄 Return & Refund Policy

At MixOfShirts Shop, we stand behind the quality (and chaos) of everything we sell. But if something’s not quite right, we’ve got your back — here’s how returns and refunds work:

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging (if any) must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom items or made-to-order products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

🔄 Wrong Size? Changed Your Mind?

We get it — not every design is love at first wear. If the item isn’t your vibe or doesn’t fit, reach out and we’ll guide you through an exchange or return.

Shipping fees for return/exchange are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

💥 Damaged or Wrong Item?

If you received the wrong item, or your product arrived damaged, email us at Mixofshirts@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it. Attach a photo and your order number — we’ll fix it ASAP (no back-and-forth drama).

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).

🚫 Late or Missing Refunds?

If your refund seems delayed:

  1. Double-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank

  3. Still nothing? Email us — we’ll look into it
